We sold our home through Wainwrights and completed two weeks ago. They were recommended by a friends daughter who had worked there before. Claire was our agent and she was brilliant. Selling your home is stressful and even more so if you find your ongoing purchase, but Claire made it as easy as possible. I really appreciated the feedback they always gave after viewings, and they did all of them so we were able to leave the house and let any potential buyers have a really good look around without us being there, which I think is much better for potential buyers. They were as a team really efficient and responded to any queries or requests quickly which is really important when you are going through the stress and drama of selling and buying. I would highly recommend them, and as a local independent estate agent they really know the market and what their potential buyers are looking for.

Our house-buying process was delayed due to issues with the seller's solicitor. Paul and the team demonstrated how an excellent estate agent operates in these circumstances. Paul was proactive in finding solutions and bringing people together. He was positive and upbeat through all these issues which helped us to stick with it. There were several times we wanted to walk away but he made the difference. Paul demonstrates why good people in the Estate Agent industry are essential to the house-buying process.

We went through referencing for a flat with Wainwright Estate Agents.The whole process was smooth, with contact being perfect- very efficient (and which is difficult to find nowadays!).The lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who showed me around the property was delightful, could answer all my questions and squeezed me in.Once we had been accepted for referencing my partner and I were passed to Paul, who kept in contact with us, was happy to answer any questions and lead us through the process perfectly.When it came to signing the tenancy agreement, Paul came in on his day off so that my partner and I didn’t have to miss work, he spoke through all the documents with us and gave us plenty of time to read through the agreement (I have felt rushed before).Overall, these are the best agents I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them.

I was never made to feel that anything was any bother and any questions that I had along the way was dealt with efficiently and effectively. The purchase of our dream home where my family and I, including my mum, can live together in the country went through with ease. I am in the process of buying a property through Wainwright Estate Agents and felt compelled to write a review pending the completion of the purchase. Having bought and sold quite a few properties over the years I have never experienced such a professional and yet friendly service from an estate agents. My main dealings have been with Claire, Lucia and Paul and there has been none of the "cant be bothered" gum chewing attitude or call centre generalised responses that I have experienced with other high street branches. All my calls have been answered professionally, appropriate and prompt actions assured and carried out and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. Thank you. Claire & Ivan

He sold our house very quickly, but due to some circumstances with the land we where buying it took a little longer to complete than everyone had hoped for. I viewed a property in Saltash recently with Claire from Wainwright Estate Agents and it was so refreshing to view a property with no pressure to go straight to best and final offers, with someone who knew a lot about the local area and the property itself. I'm not from Saltash and don't know the area particularly well but Claire went out of her way to explain what was nearby, local points of interest and point out great places for dog walks which was a huge plus for me! Excellent level of service towards buyers and would highly recommend.
