The Guild is a network of almost 800 independent high street sales and letting agents who have all signed a Code of Conduct, and are committed to shared core values of knowledge, integrity and results.

We also have access to the only training in the industry which is approved by Trading Standards thanks to The Guild’s Associate Scheme, which covers estate agency fundamentals, ensuring we deal with your property professionally and in a compliant manner.

Selling your home is stressful and even more so if you find your ongoing purchase, but Claire made it as easy as possible. I really appreciated the feedback they always gave after viewings, and they did all of them so we were able to leave the house and let any potential buyers have a really good look around without us being there, which I think is much better for potential buyers. They were as a team really efficient and responded to any queries or requests quickly which is really important when you are going through the stress and drama of selling and buying. Our house-buying process was delayed due to issues with the seller's solicitor. Paul and the team demonstrated how an excellent estate agent operates in these circumstances. Paul was proactive in finding solutions and bringing people together. He was positive and upbeat through all these issues which helped us to stick with it. There were several times we wanted to walk away but he made the difference. Paul demonstrates why good people in the Estate Agent industry are essential to the house-buying process.
We went through referencing for a flat with Wainwright Estate Agents.The whole process was smooth, with contact being perfect- very efficient (and which is difficult to find nowadays!).The lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who showed me around the property was delightful, could answer all my questions and squeezed me in.Once we had been accepted for referencing my partner and I were passed to Paul, who kept in contact with us, was happy to answer any questions and lead us through the process perfectly.When it came to signing the tenancy agreement, Paul came in on his day off so that my partner and I didn’t have to miss work, he spoke through all the documents with us and gave us plenty of time to read through the agreement (I have felt rushed before).Overall, these are the best agents I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them.
