About Wainwright estate agents

Working with our family business, Wainwright Estate Agents, we want you to feel part of the family. Buying, selling or letting your property is stressful enough without your estate agent adding to it and this is why we look for you to be part of our family during this period.

CHAIRMAN & DIRECTOR

As MD of Wainwright Estate Agents, I have been in and associated with the property market since 1980, with over 35 years experience in all matters property. I have a positive attitude and believe in a "Making It Happen" approach, I am hands on within the business on a daily basis, I look forward to assisting you in all your property requirements, lettings and sales.

Jenny Wainwright

DIRECTOR

Jenny as a Director is involved in the business, both back office and customer facing, with a long history in customer service and being well known around both Saltash and Plymouth, bringing a wealth of knowledge in our customer facing experience. Jenny is very much part of the Wainwright Family team

Mike Wainwright

IN MEMORY

In loving memory of Mike Wainwright, former director of Wainwright Estate Agents. Mike’s passing has left us with a void that can never be filled. We will forever remember Mike as a vibrant, fun-loving, and caring individual, always ready to lend a helping hand and brighten our lives with his infectious laughter. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will continue to reside within our hearts and memories. Rest in peace knowing that you are eternally loved and missed.

With a 30-year background in both corporate and independent estate agency, Clare manages all our residential sales matters, with a background within independent estate agency, Clare brings a wealth of experience, to calm our sellers and buyers, through a process, which at times can be stressful. So if you require a valuation of your property for sales purposes, we pride ourselves on making this accurate, to ensure a speedy sale.

Paul Sanders

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Paul has been in the property sector for over 18 years and is responsible for all our residential sales matters. With a background in Corporate Estate Agency, he prides himself on his customer care and ensuring all his clients are kept fully updated throughout the whole sales process. Paul has a wealth of experience throughout the sales and lettings marketplace and he will give you an honest appraisal of your property and walk you through the whole process to completion.

Nicola Perry

NEGOTIATOR
