We won’t let your property to just anyone. We want to ensure that you get the RIGHT tenant and if that takes a little longer, then we believe it’s worth it. Using a Professional Reference system provides additional peace of mind and ensures your prospective tenant complies with your specified criteria.
We will always accompany applicants when viewing your property; we don’t hand out keys nor do we ask an existing tenant to carry out the viewing.
