Once on our books, we will advertise your property through various media including in-house, in our prominently located office and through Internet Websites. We are renowned as the most experienced and only specialist Letting Agent in Saltash.
We won’t let your property to just anyone. We want to ensure that you get the RIGHT tenant and if that takes a little longer, then we believe it’s worth it. Using a Professional Reference system provides additional peace of mind and ensures your prospective tenant complies with your specified criteria.
We will always accompany applicants when viewing your property; we don’t hand out keys nor do we ask an existing tenant to carry out the viewing.

- Rent Collection- - 5% of rent due
- Inventory & schedule of condition - from £75.00 per property
